Terms of Service

Welcome to Fennec. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Fennec app and website (the "Service"), operated by Fennec. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Fennec. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. You may sign in using email and password or a third-party provider (Apple, Google, or Facebook). You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the app, or by contacting us at hello@fennec.audio.

3. Your Content

You retain full ownership of the content you upload or create in Fennec, including audio, projects, quotes, and client information. By uploading content you grant Fennec a limited license to store and display that content solely to operate the Service for you. We do not claim ownership of your work and we do not sell it.

You are solely responsible for the content you upload and for protecting your rights in it. Fennec lets you share works in progress with other producers for feedback, and any upload is at your own risk. We strongly recommend you register or otherwise protect any work before sharing it. Fennec is not responsible for any plagiarism, copying, unauthorized use, or theft of content that you choose to upload, including unregistered work. By uploading, you represent that you have the right to share the content and that doing so does not violate anyone else's rights.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Fennec offers a free tier and a paid subscription ("Fennec Pro"). Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) through our payment processor. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable. Prices may change with prior notice, and any change applies to the next billing cycle.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes not uploading unlawful content, not infringing the rights of others, not attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, and not using the Service to send spam or harmful material. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Third-Party Services

Fennec integrates with third-party platforms such as Spotify, YouTube, and Facebook to display your stats and content. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

7. Termination

You may stop using Fennec and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required to protect the Service or other users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Fennec does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fennec is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you within the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
